Electronic Whiteboard Integrated Machine and Smart Classroom Construction in Southeast Asia
A certain government launched the "Education Digital Acceleration Plan" in 2024, aiming to meet the challenges of multilingual teaching brought about by the increase in the country's immigrant population and respond to the country's "Digital Education Action Plan". Our company has deployed a new generation of electronic whiteboard all-in-one system in cooperation with a certain national municipal education bureau and 20 universities to create the first "cross-cultural smart classroom network".
Goal
With intelligent hardware (all-in-one electronic whiteboard) as the core, we build an interactive smart classroom to replace traditional whiteboards and projection equipment.
Process:
Demand Research:
- Jointly research with the school on core pain points such as teacher preparation, classroom interaction, and post-class feedback.
- Determine the functional requirements of the device: it needs to support multi-language interface, localized course resources, AI interactive tools, etc.
Scheme Design:
- Adopting the "1+N" architecture: with OMNI interactive smart tablet as the core, integrating cloud-based lesson preparation system, AI classroom analysis tools, and student terminal devices.
Deployment plan: covering 10 classrooms, each equipped with an 86-inch 4K touch screen, wireless screen transmission equipment, and teaching management software
Equipment Installation And Training:
- Hardware installation: Replace the traditional whiteboard and deploy smart tablets and supporting audio systems.
- Teacher training: Conduct a two-week practical training, focusing on digital lesson preparation, interactive tool use, classroom data feedback and other functions
Pilot And Optimization:
- Select 3 classrooms for pilot teaching and collect feedback from teachers and students.
- Optimize the system: add Thai course resource library and adapt to localized subject content

- Core equipment: OMNI series smart education tablet (equipped with eight-core processor, paper-like writing technology).
- Auxiliary equipment: wireless microphone, student answerer, AI camera (for classroom behavior analysis)

- Teaching management platform: supports teachers to call courseware with one click and generate classroom reports in real time.
- Interactive tools: built-in gamification learning modules (such as puzzle answering, group competition), supports multi-terminal synchronous collaboration
3.localization Services
- Cooperate with the education department to integrate local teaching materials and digital resources.
- Provide 7×24 hours bilingual technical support to ensure stable operation of the system
