OMNIAI Ads Manager and Google user data

Effective: October 22, 2026

OMNIAI Ads Manager is an internal tool operated by OMNIAI that connects to the Google Ads API to manage OMNIAI's own advertising account. It is used only by OMNIAI staff. It is not offered to customers or the public.

Data we access

When an OMNIAI staff member signs in with Google and grants permission, the tool uses the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) to access:

• Google Ads account information for accounts owned by OMNIAI (account IDs and names)
• Campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, asset, audience and conversion-action settings
• Performance reports, such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and search terms

The tool does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google service. It does not collect personal information about the people who see or click OMNIAI's ads.

How we use it

We use this data only to:

• Create and update OMNIAI's own campaigns, ads, keywords and negative keyword lists
• Set up conversion tracking and remarketing audiences for OMNIAI's website
• Produce performance reports for OMNIAI's internal marketing decisions

Storage and security

The OAuth refresh token and API configuration are stored on OMNIAI's own computers and are not published or shared. Report data is kept only as long as it is needed for internal analysis.
